Philippines Law: You Shall Not Graduate If You Do Not Plant 10 Trees

In these times, which environmental problems are increasing day by day, we want to introduce you to the inarguably the best law that has been adopted up to date, so that young people have enough awareness for their future! Filipinos have lost thirty percent of their forested land due to illegal logging activities.

Therefore, they decided to do something about it, and The Graduation Legacy for the Environment Act was introduced by congressman Gary Alejano. The act also included the fact that students could not able to graduate from their schools without planting ten trees.

Under the new initiative, around a hundred and seventy-five million trees can be planted by students in a year, and even if only ten percent of them survive, five hundred and twenty-five billion trees could flourish throughout in one generation. That number absolutely remarkable, and this law is one of the most beautiful acts we have ever seen!
