Photograph artist Karim Bouchetata has taken gorgeous images of ice on sand dunes in the Sahara as temperatures dipped below freezing.
The Sahara desert has been hit by an icy blast with extremely low temperatures. Snow also entirely covered some parts of Saudi Arabia which saw the mercury hit -2C.
Residents of Saudi Arabia got extremely excited and cheerful because of the rare snowfall in the country’s Aseer region where mountains and deserts were entirely covered in white.
You can even see sheep and camels standing on the ice-covered dunes in these photos.
